Benefits of Ceramic Coating

UV Protection

Ceramic coating offers strong UV protection by forming a clear, durable layer that reflects harmful UV rays. This helps prevent paint fading and oxidation from sun exposure. Unlike wax, it bonds to the surface for long-lasting protection. It keeps the paint’s color and shine intact over time. This reduces the need for costly paint repairs.

Helps with Resale Value

Ceramic coating helps preserve a vehicle’s resale value by protecting the paint from UV damage, oxidation, and chemical stains. This keeps the exterior looking newer for longer, which appeals to potential buyers. Its hydrophobic and scratch-resistant properties also reduce wear and tear over time. A well-maintained, glossy finish gives the impression of a cared-for vehicle, often leading to higher resale offers.

Hydrophobic Properties

The hydrophobic properties of ceramic coating cause water to bead and slide off the surface easily, its especially beneficial during raining season in Florida. This reduces water spots and prevents dirt, mud, and grime from sticking to the paint. As a result, the car stays cleaner longer and is much easier to wash.

Enhances Gloss

Ceramic coating enhances gloss by forming a smooth, glass-like layer over the paint that intensifies color depth and shine. This reflective surface makes the vehicle look freshly polished at all times. It maintains a high-gloss finish longer than traditional waxes or sealants.

Ceramic Coating Options

Our Step by Step Ceramic Coating Process

Regular Exterior Detail

Wheels Hand Washed, Contacted wash with pH Neutral soap

Clay Bar Treatment

Clay barring removes embedded contaminants from the paint that washing can't, ensuring a smooth and clean surface. This step is essential for proper bonding of the ceramic coating

Iron Remover

Iron remover is used to dissolve embedded iron particles, like brake dust and industrial fallout, that can't be removed by washing alone. This ensures the paint surface is fully decontaminated, allowing the ceramic coating to bond properly and last longer.

Acid Wash

An acid wash is used to remove mineral deposits, water spots, and any remaining alkaline residues from the paint surface. This step ensures the surface is chemically balanced and completely clean, allowing the ceramic coating to bond more effectively.

Polishing/Paint Correction

Polishing or paint correction is done to remove swirl marks, scratches, oxidation, and any remaining old waxes or sealants that the chemical stage couldn't get rid of, restoring a clean and flawless finish. This ensures the ceramic coating bonds properly and locks in a smooth, defect-free surface for maximum durability and shine. Before Polish/Paint Correct we use a Clear Coat meter to ensure you have enough clear coat to be able to polish or paint correct, if your clear coat is too thin we would not recommend Polishing or Paint Correcting

Applying the Ceramic Coating

We apply ceramic coating by carefully spreading it onto the paint with an applicator pad, allowing it to bond, then leveling and wiping it off after a short curing time. While we primarily apply it in a controlled garage environment for best results, it can also be done outdoors if the weather is dry, cool, and dust-free.
