By booking a service with Z Auto Detailing LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“customer,” “client,” or “you”) agree to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

All services are subject to availability and vehicle inspection.
3. Appointments and Cancellations
Booking:
Appointments can be scheduled via phone, online, or in person. A deposit may be required to confirm your booking.
Cancellations:
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Late cancellations may result in a fee or forfeiture of your deposit.
No-Shows:
Failure to show up for an appointment without prior notice may result in a service fee or denial of future services.
4. Pricing and Payments

All prices are subject to change based on vehicle condition, size, and the scope of work.

Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payment apps (e.g., CashApp, Zelle, etc.).

Full payment is due upon completion of services.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive to provide top-tier service and customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We may offer to re-clean or address the issue at our discretion.
6. Vehicle Condition & Liability

Z Auto Detailing LLC is not liable for pre-existing damage, weak clear coats, poor paint conditions, or aftermarket modifications.

Customer is responsible for informing us of any known issues or sensitive areas before the service begins.

We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle. Please remove valuables prior to service.

Some stains, odors, or damage may not be completely removable. We do not guarantee restoration of factory condition.
7. Weather Policy (for Mobile Services)
If you have booked a mobile detailing service, weather may affect scheduling. In the event of bad weather (e.g., rain, snow, extreme cold), appointments may be rescheduled at our discretion.
8. Right to Refuse Service
Z Auto Detailing LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to:

Unsafe working conditions

Hostile or inappropriate behavior

Vehicles in excessively poor or hazardous condition (e.g., biohazards, infestations, etc.)
9. Photography and Marketing
We may take before and after photos of your vehicle for marketing purposes (website, social media, etc.). No personal information or license plates will be shown without consent.
If you wish to opt out of photography, please notify us before your appointment.
10. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
